Refund policy

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then ends. You keep access to your drawings until then.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded, in whole or in part. That covers:

• subscription fees, monthly or yearly, including the unused part of a period;
• overage, which is only ever charged for parts you have already downloaded;
• prepaid credit, which is not refunded and lapses when the account is closed.

The 25 free parts every new organisation gets are there so you can try Nest Ready on your own drawings before you pay.

Exceptions

If we charge you by mistake, we refund that charge in full. Nothing in this policy takes away a right to a refund that the law gives you.

How refunds are paid

Paddle is our reseller and merchant of record, so a refund that is due is issued by Paddle to the payment method you used. To ask about a charge, contact us or email hello@nestready.co.uk.
